The Nova Spei group was born from the desire to compose again old retired from the Montreal metal scene. Past experience of each member (Dany Soucy with Legion, Normand Geneau with 3 Mile Scream, have led us to this result. Each having abandoned the scene for several years for various reasons, can not get the music of a musician, the desire to resume manifested itself. in 2014, Nicolas and Dany, former members of Aleanor group, joined the duo. it is at this time that the group chose to compose in the language of Molière. 2016 marked the arrival Gabriel Gignac within the group as guitarist soloist.
